Had work done 2 or 3 yrs ago. Presentation was impressive. Design is just ok, had issues with a few plants dying quickly, they replaced. Following year a couple. more plants died, they came out & replaced. Now one of the costlier shrubs is slowly dying.It's beyond typical replacement contract. I get the sense they bought from a questionable grower. One of the plants I dug up& removed burlap had poor root development. I'm not new to gardening & landscaping by any means. I also think there prices are/were too high. And communication after the job was done was lacking.
