i was able to make a last minute appointment which was great because my furbaby really needed a grooming. they did a good job. not the most detailed cut and groom he’s gotten but no complaints. they were on time and prompt which i really appreciated. my dog can be picky about who he let’s touch and groom him so i took this as an added plus

Not Recommended
Brought my dog in for a nail grinding however only one paw was trimmed. I was charged, and paid, full price in cash for the service not realizing the other nails were not trimmed. We discovered that my dog had a paw injury and severe nail infection two days later… My request for a refund for the $23 nail trim service from My Dog’s Best Friend’s owner, Susan, was very unpleasant and met w much resistance as she refused to acknowledge that any one of her employees could ever make a mistake like that and went even further, inadvertently, alleging that I was lying about entire situation.…. Other Observations: • I offered but they declined to view or confirm my dog’s rabies & vaccination records (our first visit), • No record was made nor any information was requested of my dog’s first (and only) visit to this salon and
