It took them over 9 months to complete the job. They ordered the wrong window and installed it so I had to have them remove it and get the right window. Several of the windows were scratched. My project manager promised 4 times to come out and look at this but never showed. I contacted the office directly but all they did was send a message to the unresponsive project manager. The painter they sent out was incompetent. Got stain on my white walls. Did not stain top or bottom of sills. Had to have him repaint other trim but he still couldn't get it right. Window installer left a gap of an inch between the wall and the trim. Overall just a terrible job. Don't believe their commercials about their great customer service. They are unresponsive. Since they charge way more than others who install similar windows their service should stellar. Run don't walk away from Renewal by Anderson.

Had an entry door installed in May 2023 that we are very pleased with, but they installed the storm wrong door. That day we were assured that it would be rectified immediately. The sales rep never reordered the door. A new sales rep wanted to replace a permanent screen with glass but never put the order in. Finally in September the glass was ordered, installed in October but that didn't work. A new door would be expedited and installed in 2-4 weeks. It is Dec. 27, installation date and installation was just cancelled.

minor issue or two with install team. couple of very minor issues after install. they were out promptly and resolved. have enjoyed the windows without issue since. excellent warranty
