Krav Maga is an aggressive martial art, or more properly, an amalgam of martial arts. Like most places, you can go at your own pace, but be aware that you get a very serious workout here. They offer Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Krav Maga, Boxing, Kali and even have a Kids session and one for Seniors. But the folks here are serious about fighting.
