I backed into my garage door from the inside (please don’t ask). Oliver came out the next day to check and see if we’d need a new one. Except for a few dents on the inside, the door is OK. I asked for brochures because we would like to replace the door in the next year or two. He asked me for my price range, and gave me two brochures. He wouldn’t charge us for the service call; he measured the door and took pictures of the inside and out. When we’re ready to change the door, we’re calling him!

Installer seemed in a hurry. Sloppy installation with wires hanging down and misaligned door sensors.
