There have been several times when the snow was not plowed/shoveled properly. Snow has been plowed ONTO walkways or blocking vehicles. Sidewalks have been left unshoveled. Salt has been spread where it was not supposed to be spread resulting in salt being heavily tracked into the building as well as causing browning and dying of several bushes.
There have been several times when the grass has not been mown properly. Mowing while raining or soon after the rain has stopped has resulted in muddy ruts in several locations. Trash has been mown and not removed after mowing.
There have been several times when the landscaping has not been done properly. Trees have been over-pruned resulting in dead limbs. Flowers have been killed with a weed trimmer.
When the main office has been contacted, the manager/supervisor has been responsive and corrected most of these concerns, however, these incidents should not have occurred in the first place. I would suggest that they train employees how to give 100% customer service!
The only reason that the Condominium Association Board of Directors keeps them under contract seems to be that they charge the least in our area.
