Can't say I can recommend at this point: Jeff started out strong, was enthused, seemed to know his stuff, made a number of solid eco-friendly points. Project started to slip, instructions weren't followed to the letter, timing and materials provided weren't right, and then communication dropped severely, scheduling was never clearly pinned down, and services got pushed back (but the invoices never did). I'm waiting to see the results come this Spring before deciding on whether to continue with him.
