Communication whether initiating or responding by to the Birkenheirs was awful. The only person I ever talked with over 9 months was Mrs. Birkenheier. Work was shotty and the original problem which was a building leak , returned in 14 months. Birkenmeier refused to correct the problem. I needed to go to another company who diagnosed the problem as a leaking roof not tuck pointing.

Rebuilt chimney. Excellent work, reasonable price, considerate workers. Highly recommend.
