Remodeled kitchen. I'm giving mostly Superior rating but this was not easy. We used Margaret. Very nice and knowledgeable but very fast talker and is quick to throw new ideas at you before you had time to digest the other ideas. Our heads were spinning every visit. She knows her stuff but beware - slow her down. Margaret had to replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts because the upgraded product (Merillat) had no quality inspection whatsoever from the factory. Damaged doors and drawers but she replaced everything. We'll definitely Royal and Margaret again.

Kitchen design ability is average. Not based on utility or real life experience, so you may end up with a tiny cabinet that you cannot open, or non-symmetrical designs. Pricing is fine but do not rely on them for measurements. Do not rely on them to stand by their measurements. You must push them to replace cabinets that do not fit due to their poor measuring/planning.
