I made a call for service on our garage door. The representative quoted me $ 59.95 When the tech arrived I verified the $ 59.95 price with him. However when I presented the tech with a coupon for $ 30.00 off of a service call he said the service call was $ 89.95 , even though 15 minutes earlier he told me it was $ 59.95. He made minor adjustments to the garage door and used no parts. The golden garage tech raised the price when I wanted to use a coupon? That makes the coupon worthless. The $ 30.00 should have been subtracted from the $ 59.95 which would make the price for the service call 29.95. Golden garage did not return my phone call or e mail concerning the 30 dollars I was over charged.
