They recommended replacing a timing belt (a very expensive job) on our car, saying they had no record of it ever being done (they have computerized records). In fact, they had replaced the timing belt less than 2 years before! We always wondered whether they weren't somewhat aggressive in suggesting repairs. We don't have to wonder anymore. We have stopped using this station.
