My family has had two experiences with them that were questionable. My daughter had an infected cuticle and when they lanced it, they botched it badly, leading to a lot of blood and a longer healing time than necessary. I came in with a partially collapsed lung and what turned out to be four broken ribs. They diagnosed the lung, but missed the four broken ribs, which I found out about on a follow up visit to my regular doctor. I know sometimes things don't show up on x-rays, but the ribs showed up on my doctor's xray. We were always seen quickly and the staff is attentive and friendly, but these two questionable experiences, leave me with less than full confidence for them.
