I waited five weeks for groomer availability only to get a different groomer than I was suppose to get. I got someone in training and it was a horrible groom. The worst I ever received. I sent them many pictures through email. I took my dog to another location to fix the cut. They couldn't believe how bad of a job they did. They said this person didn't even try. Send them pictures that they took and pictures of what he looked like afterwards. Wee Little Paws kept ignoring me. I kept trying to get ahold of management and when I finally did she said I'll get right back to you. She did this twice. After three months of trying, they did nothing about it. I'm so upset about this experience.
