Brad, the manager, is so kind and all his staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I bring my car in for oil changes/ tire rotations. One time they had to replace the tie rod cuts.

I needed my timing chain and water pump replaced. They provided the total cost upfront which was very reasonable. An appointment date was also provided.
