Would not stand behind a brake repair that had to be reaccomplished three weeks later, despite being told exactly what the problem was. "It was working fine when it left". We knew the problem, knew it was intermittent, and told them exactly what to replace. They didn't. Also charged a long time customer $80 to plug in an OBD for 5 minutes. Done. They charge a lot, and the work has gotten to be mediocre.

They always seem to be overbooked and that can be an issue when you need them to look at something immediately. Other than that, I find that they are very trustworthy.
