I've had 2 pets under their care. One cat had an unexpected medical event (passed away under anesthesia for teeth cleaning due to an unknown enlarged heart). Teeth cleaning, I later found out, is a up-sell item that most vets do not do for their own pets. It wasn't the vets fault as he could've passed away from an enlarged heart from moving on a warm day as well, but I didn't know this because x-ray of his heart had never needed to be done before. Dr felt so empathetic that cremation was done at no additional expense. I will be forever grateful for their care and sensitivity. I still take my other cat there to this day.
