After having my Rav4 in for tires and shocks there was a loud noise coming from the back. After a couple of attempts to fix the service manager Rob got involved along with Steve the mechanic. eventually they found the problem (after off and on couple of weeks). their persistence was commendable, and I highly recommend their service department.

They are the very best. They always explain what is going on and what needs to be done and what my options are. I never feel like I am being push in a direction. Work is always done right the first time.

1. Try to sell me overpriced services I do not need. 2. Was billed $250 for a check engine light. Light came on within days of service and then was told I needed a new catalytic converter at $1300.00 or a Toyota brand one for $1800.00.
