I had Tammi as a personal trainer, and it was the perfect fit for me. Her focus is on range of motion and making adaptions to accommodate personal limitations. What I learned from her is probably why I really used my membership; I knew which machines and classes would work for me despite what I can't do. A friend of mine who joined after he retired was also using a personal trainer (pre-pandemic) - I'm not sure of her name - but my friend was able to read her philosophy of training and talk to her before actually starting workouts. Several times he commented to me how much it was helping, that he was getting back into the kind of shape he was in years ago when he was playing tennis regularly. So, at least 2 VERY satisfied customers of the personal trainers at the Tinley Fitness Center!
