Do not have them install the tile. One of the workers stepped on one and broke it, and they did not even fix it or offer a discount. The owner charged me more than $100 for a finishing piece that was basically the size of a faucet washer. And they installed the gas line in such a way that the key to turn on the gas is not aligned properly and is hard to push back in.
