I worked with Jacob Steffes for various issues, including my neck, shoulders, and back. Having experienced PT in various Chicagoland locations over the years, I can clearly say that he is one of, if not, the best. He knows what to do, what you can handle, and does not take a by the book approach, tailoring the therapy to you. He is highly recommended.
