I had taken my 2011 Cadillac to another shop for a rattle in the rear of the car. I was told that there was too much work required, the car was too old and I had many miles on it (116000). He suggested getting a new car. I took it to Benak for another opinion and they told me I needed rear shocks. I also needed a new pump and container for the windshield washer fluid. They did the repairs and all is well. (so far)
