My husband and I have taken both of our cars to Real Autohaus for reasons from a simple oil change to replacing rusted out struts. We have always found the staff to be pleasant and professional. They have always clearly explained what ever was causing an issue, what the resolution would be and the cost. They have kept us appinformed about the status of the repair. One time my 15 year old Honda failed an emissions test because the DMV detected an obsure message in the car's computer. Real Autohaus took the time to investigate the root cause of the error (and it was obscure) and fix it. They drove the car to the DMV for the emissions test. A real time saver for me. I highly recommend them.

Pleasant front desk. They will tell you where a service will be done for free that they would have to charge for.
