Paid $3 for a car wash in the newly remodeled wash on a track that moves the car through the process. My car stuck in the last part of wash with spotted wash water, an incomplete wash. Finally free, the attendant refused to refund the incomplete wash. The defective wash should not have been opened. I drive by car wash, no cars going in or out. The locals wised up.
