Many issues, the last straw was being told the furnace was cracked and needed to be replaced. I hit a second opinion and the furnace lasted another 10+ years. There was no crack. Prior to that they put an entire hearing/AC unit in, thought it was in backwards so removed and turned it and then removed and turned it back. Amazing. Also, put a very expensive house-size unit in a bedroom. When I discovered this and queries them, they said, oh, we just replaced the type that was in there before?! Not impressed.
