We have been so pleased with the services we have received from Home Instead. The initial interview/evaluation was very thorough, and the aide assigned to us is a lovely, cheerful, honest, and very responsible young woman. Home Instead supports its services with periodic (and usually unannounced) visits from a client service specialist who makes sure everything is running smoothly. Great service for us.
