Southside Heating has taken very good care of us over the years. We recently moved to a new home in Prior Lake. I asked them to come out to assess the existing furnace, air conditioner and air exchange unit. They suggested their tune-up program and installing a new smart thermostat. No hard sell to upgrade furnace and/or AC. As long as they were performing well, I should just stand pat. They did install a new thermostat and give me a great tutorial on how to operate it. I highly recommend these guys for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Workers arrived right on time. Immediately began removing the current furnace and my current old air conditioner outside the house. They took it all away with them when they left and explained the new systems and how they work, showing me how to adjust the new thermostat in the house and included written instructions, answering any questions I had. They also wore Covid masks. I was most impressed in their professional but efficient work. I am most comfortable in recommending them to any new customer.
