I had a technician out to service and tune-up our furnace in mid-November of 2022. The technician said everything was fine. On December 26, 2022, our furnace died. The furnace was working fine before it was tuned up. Not saying the technician caused it to die but I will take our business elsewhere. Also added an $8.00 fuel charge.

Our furnace failed during below freezing weather. Peak was out that day with temporary electric heaters and the furnace was replaced two days later. Excellent workmanship and superior customer service.

Great people to work with. Estimate was quick and easy. Like the Aprilaire air filtration addon. Went with Carrier. Installers were very good also. Used drop cloths and left work area clean.
