Their price is a bit higher than average, but their work is excellent. Their technician is very knowledgable and always explains thoroughly what he is doing and why.

Good news is Sedgwick provided same day service. Tech initially misdiagnosed the issue and installed a bell wire going to condenser that was not needed. Charged $99 for this wire. Actual issue was a contactor short causing low voltage fuse to trip. Charge to replace contactor was $185. Product can be purchase online for $20 or less and install time should be 30 minutes or less.

they came out same day I called about air conditioner issue. This was after CenterPoint home service plus refused to go into attic because it did not have a walkway and after I waited 10 days for them to come for the appointment made on line. Sedgwick Service man had no problem going into the HOT attic and working the problem.
