A three-day job was rushed to complete in two days. Consequently, a few items were not done properly. My bad for letting it slide.

I had some drainage work done near the foundation of my townhome, contracted for and paid for by the Homeowners Association. The drainage problem is worse since the work was done and I am not certain it drained anything away from my foundation. The appearance at the front of my home where the work was done is sloppy--the rubber sheeting used to hold the drainage tile sticks up above the rock material used around the perimeter of my home.
