The recommended furnace and A/C work very well and efficiently without being too noisy. The only issue was that the material used to secure the outside venting to the siding kept falling off every 6-9 months or so. So they finally used a much more secure method which resolved the problem.

Are "inferior" prices too high or too low? Maybe superior pricing is too high or just right? I think your categories for that question are off the mark. You need something like "high," "appropriate" and "inexpensive" or you could use a Likert scale.
