Paul was very helpful. He was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive and I felt that we got what we paid for. He was the most prompt getting back to us and setting up appointments. He was very helpful with fixing/updating our computers and new cell phones. He also made suggestions of new equipment to purchase. He took his time to make sure we understood what he was doing and could do things for ourselves in the future. We have used him a few times since our initial experience. We would recommend him.
