Philips provides good attention to detail work. They do both the big picture concept and the nitty gritty work in the dirt. Our new condo association used them when I was president. They helped us understand our landscape and begin to remedy its problems that the developer had left us..

Phillips is in a class by themselves for aesthetics, creativity, craftsmanship, and personal service. Look at the gallery on their website, and you'll see that they understand how to design to the taste of the customer while honoring the context of the site. It's never cookie-cutter, but tasteful, unique, and beautiful.
