James and Scott did a great job installing a new Air Exchanger in my home. Always on time. Great on communication before, during and after the job. Showed me how it all worked when finished.

Disappointing. They seem to be pushing a "tiered" or "upcharge" model, in which they go through great detail explaining how the "platinum" (most expensive) level of service/repair is done and guaranteed, and then leave it up to you to decide if you want this service (which is usually 2x-3x the cost of the lowest "level" - which they call the "band aid" level and don't really explain at all) or other levels of service. This puts the responsibility on the consumer to "choose" and makes you feel like you have to go with the level of service that they explained. It's a terrible way of doing business. I want the contractor to give ME an honest assessment of what they think needs to be done, and I expect them to stand behind their work and not try to push me to buy something that I don't want.
