I gave Dean, of Prior Lake Heating & A/C, a call on behalf of my father on a hot day. On very short notice he was able to get Jake over to my father house and fixed the A/C very quickly. Very professional and HIGHLY recommended. Thanks again for all the help.

Dean is the owner and their installation and attention to detail is top notch. Dean was on the job with another worker to install a new A/C unit for us. They took extra steps to fix short cuts that the furnace installer had taken and didn't charge extra for it. The install was excellent. My husband was very happy with it and he is hard to please because he is very particular. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They were good with communication in setting up the install. Dean made an extra effort to get us in early because we didn't have A/C, even though they have a very busy schedule. Their communication was excellent from the bid to letting us know they were running ahead of schedule on the install day and making sure that worked for us. I would certainly recommend Prior Lake Heating & A/C because they were very professional all along the way and we are so happy with the way they installed our A/C. It looks great and will be easy to maintain.
