Technician diagnosed and fixed two machine's WIFI connection problems that I had been struggling with within 20 minutes. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As an aside, I had tried to book an appointment with Geek Squad and got turned off by the annoying AI phone tree and 'app' instructions. Chipheads at least answers their phone!
