I am rehabbing a duplex in Eagan and asked them to perform a furnace inspection on the property. That went fine, but when I actually ordered work they recommended to be performed they never came back. Frankly, I think they forgot about my situation and I always had to initiate contact multiple times. After a month and a half later without the work being done. I switched companies and got the work done in a week with quality service and saved money. Bummer as I prefer working with local contractors.

They responded promptly. The technician showed up when I didn't expect him, but I don't know who made the error in marking down the day and time. Regardless, the tech arrived with the information I'd provided over the phone when scheduling the call. He worked pleasantly and efficiently to resolve the issue. He answered all my questions and offered us all options that existed. Very happy with his work. We'll be calling them back for any future work.
