Just awful. Waited 3 weeks for delivery, then they left it outside in the rain. They finally came back and moved flooring into my kitchen - where it stayed for over a month before they said they couldn't install it because the floor was uneven. Came back in a month to pick it up. Waited 2 more months to get my money returned. Dozens and more dozens of phone calls. Just awful.

The carpet prices were significantly cheaper than a flooring store we were browsing in. Home Depot had tons of options to look through and the sales associate mostly left us alone to look (which is my preference). The installation was prompt and the team who did it was amazing as it was quick, clean and precise. Super happy!
