I've found the staff to be genuinely nice people coping with a temperamental IT system that makes things harder for them. One can do drop-ins, or schedule in advance. When scheduling, you may have to plan at least a month ahead. However, do look for last-minute options. With an appointment, it was relatively quick to get in and out.
