The only company that willing will work on my in floor furnace from 1947. They can get or fabricate parts to complete the job. Occasionally there is a delay in getting service if they are swamped.

I had a new furnace and A/C installed in May 2022. As far as I can tell, the work was done properly. However, almost a year later the company has not been on top of getting the required city inspection of the work. There was an unfortunate death of an employee's relative, but still it should not take a year to arrange the city inspection of the work. So, was it done properly? Probably, but the city hasn't inspected the work.

We had this company inspect our ducts and furnace, since they are very old. The were courteous and arrived on-time, and were patient to answer all of my questions, including about the suitability of our home for a heat-pump, and doing some root-cause-analysis on a register that doesn't emit very much hot air. The only downside: The technicians promised to send me estimates for heat pump & duct work in the following days, but I never received it. All further attempts to follow-up with them (email, phone) have been unanswered, and I've tried about a half dozen times.
