This was my first time doing business with Kel-Aire and it was a good experience from scheduling with Angela to the servicing of four wall furnaces and the installation of one new thermostat by Matt. They both were personable and professional. Matt methodically went about his work and provided explanations and solutions as they surfaced. The prices were quite reasonable for the services provided. I will continue using them and have already referred them to others.

Very good company. Easier than most to get an appointment. Tech diagnosed the problem with my AC unit as a switch. The unit is 30 years old and I asked if I should replace it. He said they recommend letting these units run until they can't be repaired then they will quote a new unit. Honest folks, I recommend them.
