We have used Ibbotson for years but lately have been disappointed. In the past year, the office staff has been rude when I have attempted to schedule appointments. When the tech came out for the annual maintenance on my furnace, he spent a while making personal calls from my basement which makes me concerned that the furnace wasn't serviced properly (or at all).
