Snotty phone girls. Almost never there. Do not return your call within 24 hours, as their voicemail says. When they finally do, they just make excuses for not bothering to even try fixing a part for which the manufacturer website has instructions! They seem to be interested in SELLING specific brands of new furniture, and therefore won't repair the one you have. Instead, they tell you you'll need to buy a new piece of furniture even if you say you just need one part, and the current piece is fine Laziest furniture repay shop I've ever tried.
