They responded when my furnace went out on the coldest day of the year and got a new furnace installed the same day

After arrival and assessment of repairs, we were informed that we needed to install equipment that would cost over $1,000. After we told them that we needed to get back to them, the service person got their manager on the phone to convince us to agree to the work. I felt pressured and felt their assessment needed a second opinion. I would not recommend.
