Edwin Flores, the plumber , responded promptly to our emergency call. When our kitchen sink stopped draining ! The problem was more serious than we and Mr. Flores had expected. After a lot of work, his first attempt with a mechanical routing machine from our kitchen drain, was not successful. He identified the clog as being beyond the kitchen pipes. And would require accessing the drain pipe in the basement. This would require a second appointment the next day with more tools and a better router. We cleared the area with the pipes. Mr. Flores actually had to cut into a pipe and remove an access cap. Which allowed thorough clearing of the the pipe in both directions. He was able to remove material that had accumulated over years. He had the needed materials to reseal the pipe. The intervention restored the proper draining from our sink. Mr. Flores cleaned up thoroughly after all the work. We were very pleased with his work and his following up until the problem had been taken care of. We were also pleased by the reasonable fee for all that work. He is also a very nice person to work with.

Edwin was quick to respond, showed up on time, and clearly explained all our options, with transparent pricing from the start. Even though we initially asked for the most expensive fix, he didn’t upsell and instead offered honest, practical guidance. My wife works night shifts and was sleeping during the day, but Edwin was considerate, working almost silently yet still very efficiently - impressive! We highly recommend him and will definitely continue using him for future plumbing needs.
