The original owner has sold the business but they have retained the name and the same highly experienced servicemen. They have a good continuing maintenance program for residential heating systems.

Alan Heating was recently bought by Energy Services. They charge almost twice as much for routine furnace check up as other companies advertise. Charged $100 to replace a $10 part on the routine service call. Quality was excellent but very expensive compared with local companies.
