I've used Little Tommy's several times and have never been disappointed. They have come quickly at 2AM emergency visits and also at scheduled times. They are very comunicative and let you know exactly when they will be arriving. They do a terrific job each and every time and I have no reservation recommending them to friends and clients.

I called because of a frozen water pipe. They were able to send someone out within 30 minutes. He went into the basement to check the incoming water pipes, then went into the attic and crawled across to where the frozen pipe would have been if it was there (it wasn't) and then cut a square opening from the drywall behind the pipe (in the back of a closet) and discovered that there was no insulation under the floor which he corrected by stuffing insulation through the opening he had cut and covered the pipe up to the point where it meets the tub. Very thorough. That corrected the problem since we had a -23 degree night since he did the work and the pipe didn't freeze.
