Totally awesome! The owner talked to me directly about my A/C problem even though they usually don't service my area. This was in the middle of the 95 degree heatwave, the day after Father's Day weekend. They must have been slammed. He told me that I probably didn't need a new A/C unit (mine is 13 yrs old); it was possibly just a capacitor. Despite being very busy and not typically travelling to my area he sent his crew over within 4 hrs! It was the capacitor and cheap!!! And Kevin and Kevin were fantastic! Call them!

With the temperature outside at 16 F, furnace failed to start and allowed temp. inside to fall below 62 F. Luckily Bob Anderson said he'd have someone here in an hour & Kevin did show up right at 8:00am. The problem was a blockage in a hose nozzle to a differential switch. Very easy fix with a clean out wire. Kevin then spent the rest of the hour doing some clean-up & preventive maintenance & giving me tips on tasks I should be doing more frequently, to prevent problems. I didn't realize that service calls were now over $100. 'd
