As for the report, you couldn't ask for it to be any more complete or delivered any more promptly. The report was lengthy, but it was organized in a way that made it very easy to review and understand. The email that included the report also contained a short video with tips for getting the most out of it, and even that had worthwhile information.
As for the inspector, Paul LeBeau, what a knowledgeable, experienced, competent, and conscientious professional. Over the years I've learned how to handle a fair number of home repairs myself, including some electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, so I have some basis for making that assessment.
I think I've raved long enough, but I meant every word of it.
