Poor experience. Took multiple service requests and several hundred dollars of service before they told me that my furnace wasn't worth fixing and should be replaced. Then, their replacement quote was far and away the most expensive compared to three other quotes I got. I would not recommend them.

Had coolant level low in air conditioner (freon?) probably a leak. I asked if they could pressure check for leaks and they said no, and suggested replacing the entire unit (central air) rather than recharge. We had system recharged and it's been over 2 years and all is okay.
