I've been using Allied now for 10 years. They are friendly, reliable, straight-forward, prompt and perform their work with quality.

Generally have had positive experiences. Recent disappointment when after routine service there was an odor and they didn't take my concern very seriously; dismissed it as normal and claimed it would dissipate. I contacted the manufacturer of the air purifier directly (as I suspected that was the source) and they sent me a new unit at no charge; I called Allied and they swapped the new unit for the old unit no charge and indeed it solved the odor problem. So the problem was fixed but it took some extra persistence on my part.
